Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven expertise in at least one core academic subject (e.g., Mathematics, English, Sciences, Kiswahili).
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and student abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient time management capabilities.
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive, professional home office setup.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and fostering student success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area, Education, or a related field.
