Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items match order specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to identify and report any discrepancies or damages before dispatch.
- Assist with comprehensive inventory management tasks, including receiving incoming goods, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized warehouse layout.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to all workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily order fulfillment targets and operational goals.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, order issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly to the immediate supervisor for resolution.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or operational environment.
