Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments, including detailed patient history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Utilize a wide range of manual osteopathic techniques such as massage, articulation, mobilization, and soft tissue work.
- Educate patients on preventative care, postural advice, ergonomic adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to all relevant professional, ethical, and legal guidelines and standards of practice.
- Actively participate in continuing professional development and learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Recognized Osteopathy qualification and valid license/registration to practice in Germany.
- Profound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathology.
- Demonstrable proficiency in a broad spectrum of manual osteopathic techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
