Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments, including detailed patient history and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Utilize a wide range of manual osteopathic techniques such as massage, articulation, mobilization, and soft tissue work.
  • Educate patients on preventative care, postural advice, ergonomic adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Adhere to all relevant professional, ethical, and legal guidelines and standards of practice.
  • Actively participate in continuing professional development and learning opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Recognized Osteopathy qualification and valid license/registration to practice in Germany.
  • Profound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathology.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in a broad spectrum of manual osteopathic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Strong diagnostic reasoning and clinical problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, to effectively serve our diverse patient base.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Osteopathy or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Specialized experience or interest in specific areas such as pediatrics, sports injuries, or women's health.
  • Additional certifications in related therapeutic modalities (e.g., dry needling, physiotherapy).
  • Proven track record of success in a private practice or clinical setting.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
