Key Responsibilities
- Perform general groundskeeping duties including mowing lawns, weeding, pruning shrubs, and planting flowers.
- Clear debris, leaves, and litter from outdoor areas, pathways, and parking lots.
- Assist with minor repair work on outdoor fixtures, benches, fences, and irrigation systems.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Monitor outdoor areas for maintenance needs and report any issues or hazards to supervisors.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained after use.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
- Support team members in larger maintenance projects as required.
