This full-time role, based in the vibrant district of Porz, Cologne, offers a unique opportunity to blend artistic flair with technical precision, transforming concepts into tangible, market-ready packaging solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure designs are not only aesthetically captivating but also functional, cost-effective, and sustainable.
Your day-to-day will involve conceptualizing, designing, and developing primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging across various materials and formats. From initial sketches and mood boards to high-fidelity 3D renders and production-ready files, you will own the design process from start to finish. A keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and an unwavering commitment to brand guidelines are crucial. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who can navigate technical constraints while pushing the boundaries of design to create packaging that truly stands out on the shelf and resonates with target audiences.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable design practices, constantly seeking out innovative materials and methods to reduce environmental impact without compromising quality or appeal. You’ll be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform your design decisions and ensure our clients remain leaders in their respective markets. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of presenting ideas clearly, incorporating feedback effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines. If you are ready to leave your creative mark on products that reach millions and contribute to a more sustainable future, we invite you to join a team that values ingenuity and impact.
