Key Responsibilities
- Assist Packaging Machine Operators in setting up and operating packaging equipment, including fillers, sealers, labelers, and cartoners.
- Load raw materials, such as packaging film, labels, and cartons, into machinery as required.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and product flow.
- Perform routine checks on packaged products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Clear minor machine jams and report any major malfunctions or issues to the operator or supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the packaging machinery and throughout the production floor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Support inventory management by assisting with the movement and tracking of packaging materials.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn about machinery.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (6-12 months preferred).
