Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to order specifications.
- Inspect all products for quality, ensuring they are free from damage and meet company standards before packing.
- Label packages correctly and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and participating in stock rotation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely after receiving appropriate training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily packing and dispatch targets.
- Report any product discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment malfunctions promptly to a supervisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and quality.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items (up to 20kg) for extended periods.
