Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or crates according to specific packaging guidelines and standards.
- Verify product counts, labels, and quality, ensuring all items meet Ramco Group's quality control criteria before packaging.
- Operate basic packing machinery and tools safely and effectively, following all operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the production line, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist with sorting, weighing, and labeling products as required.
- Conduct final visual inspections of products and packaging to identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with other production line staff, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, maintaining efficiency and safety.
