Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and quantity, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the packing area.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
