As a Packing Staff member, you will be instrumental in the final stage of our product journey, responsible for carefully packaging finished goods, labeling them accurately, and preparing them for safe and timely shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the precise packing of finished packaging products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing, ensuring only compliant items are prepared for shipment.
- Accurately label packages with product information, batch numbers, and shipping details.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance checks as required.
- Prepare and organize packed goods for loading, ensuring they are correctly sorted and secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily production and shipment targets.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, factory environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
