Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently seal boxes and packages using manual or automated tape dispensers.
- Inspect packages for proper sealing, ensuring product security and integrity before shipment.
- Verify shipping labels and package contents against order forms to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist with sorting and staging sealed packages for various shipping routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality control issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment
