Key Responsibilities
- Assist with thorough surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Help set up and dismantle work areas, including laying drop cloths, masking, and protecting furniture.
- Support experienced painters with tasks such as mixing paints, retrieving tools and materials, and basic paint application.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment throughout projects.
- Adhere strictly to all company and site-specific safety procedures and guidelines.
- Clean, maintain, and properly store painting tools and equipment.
- Actively learn and apply new painting techniques, processes, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles as needed.
