Our extensive portfolio includes a diverse range of residential complexes, commercial offices, and public facilities, all requiring an unwavering commitment to superior upkeep and presentation. This role offers an incredible opportunity to be a cornerstone of our efforts to maintain the visual appeal and structural integrity of these valuable assets.

As our Painter (Building Maintenance), you will be instrumental in preserving and enhancing the beauty and longevity of our properties. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces are not only aesthetically pleasing but also protected against environmental wear and tear. This involves more than just applying paint; it demands a deep understanding of surface preparation, material compatibility, and color theory to deliver impeccable finishes consistently. Each stroke you apply will contribute directly to the client satisfaction and perceived value of our properties.

We are looking for a professional who approaches every project with precision, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality. You should be proficient in various painting techniques, familiar with different types of paints, coatings, and finishes, and adept at operating all related tools and equipment safely and efficiently. The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with other maintenance staff and project managers is essential. Safety is paramount within BuildAfriq Group; therefore, strict adherence to all health and safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials, is non-negotiable. If you are passionate about your craft, possess a strong work ethic, and are ready to contribute your skills to a company that values excellence and invests in its people, then BuildAfriq Group is the place for you. Join us in shaping pristine environments across Kawangware and beyond, making a tangible difference with every expertly finished surface.
