Job Description
Elite Home Transformations Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter (Renovation Expert) to join our dynamic team, focusing exclusively on high-end residential projects in Gigiri and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of residential interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation (sanding, patching, caulking, taping), priming, and finish coat application.
- Apply various paint products and finishes with precision, including enamels, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings, ensuring high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Interpret design plans, color palettes, and client specifications to achieve desired visual effects and finishes, offering expert advice on color selection and paint types when appropriate.
- Perform minor repairs to walls and surfaces, such as plastering, drywall repair, and wood finishing, to ensure a perfect base for painting.
- Operate and maintain a variety of painting tools and equipment, including sprayers, rollers, brushes, and ladders, ensuring their proper care and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure project efficiency.
- Manage project timelines efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project flow.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and non-painted surfaces from paint splatters and damage using drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic sheeting.
- Conduct thorough final inspections to ensure all work meets Elite Home Transformations' high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience as a painter, specifically in residential renovations or high-end property maintenance.
- Expertise in surface preparation techniques, including sanding, patching, drywall repair, and caulking.
- Proficiency in various painting methods (brush, roller, spray gun) and experience with a wide range of paint types and finishes.
- Strong understanding of color theory, color matching, and the ability to work with complex color schemes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless, high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
