Bluebay Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Painting Support Trainee to join our dynamic maintenance team in Kiwengwa, Zanzibar North. This unique “Flexible Hours” opportunity is designed for individuals who are keen to develop practical skills in painting and general property maintenance while balancing personal commitments. As a Painting Support Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced painters and maintenance staff, learning the fundamentals of surface preparation, painting techniques, minor plaster repairs, and the proper handling of tools and materials. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our resort’s buildings, rooms, and public areas always look their best, contributing directly to the exceptional visual appeal that our guests expect. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start a career in facility maintenance or painting, offering hands-on training and mentorship in a supportive environment.
