Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance for all palliative care activities during the night shift.
- Oversee and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring optimal staffing, training, and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Administer specialized palliative care interventions, including pain and symptom management.
- Act as a primary resource for complex palliative care decisions and ethical dilemmas.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Required Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Expert knowledge of pain and symptom management in palliative care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
