Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort parcels and packages by destination postcode and delivery route.
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Scan and track packages using hand-held devices to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report any damaged or misdirected parcels to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily targets are met.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move parcels up to 20kg repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
