Key Responsibilities

- Operate and troubleshoot basic parking equipment such as gates, payment machines, and ticket dispensers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols of the parking facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to parking regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, suspicious activities, or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist with the collection of parking fees and provide accurate change or receipts as required.
