Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of assigned parking lots and facilities.
- Monitor for unauthorized parking, safety hazards, suspicious activities, and property damage.
- Issue warnings or parking violation notices accurately and professionally according to company policy.
- Provide clear and helpful assistance to customers regarding parking inquiries, directions, and regulations.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, damaged signage, cleanliness concerns) to the appropriate department.
- Document all incidents, observations, and patrol activities in detailed and accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with all parking regulations, company policies, and local bylaws.
- Respond to and de-escalate minor parking disputes or conflicts professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a visible, approachable, and professional presence to deter illicit activities and provide a sense of security.
