Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Generate financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested by senior finance staff.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling relevant financial data.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the finance department as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
