Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring correct product flow and packaging integrity.
- Perform manual packing, labelling, and sealing of various food products according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged goods, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines for food handling and workplace conduct.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring efficient stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to immediate supervisor.
