Key Responsibilities
- Set up attractive and engaging product sampling stations in designated retail locations.
- Prepare food samples in accordance with strict hygiene, food safety, and brand guidelines.
- Actively engage with shoppers, offering samples and enthusiastically promoting product features and benefits.
- Answer customer questions about ingredients, preparation, and brand story with confidence and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sampling area throughout your shift.
- Monitor product inventory, ensuring adequate supply for sampling and communicating needs.
- Collect and report customer feedback and sales observations to assist with product marketing strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, store regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Break down and clean sampling stations at the end of the shift, ensuring all equipment is stored properly.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene and presentation.
