Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise layout and pagination of various print publications (e.g., newspapers, magazines) and digital content, strictly adhering to established style guides and meeting critical deadlines.
- Prepare and optimize advertisements, editorial content, and classified sections for both print and digital platforms, ensuring absolute accuracy and high-quality reproduction.
- Collaborate proactively with editorial, advertising, and marketing teams to implement design changes, corrections, and modifications efficiently and effectively.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all layouts, proofreading for errors, inconsistencies, and ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines before final output.
- Manage, organize, and archive digital assets, including images, graphics, and text files, maintaining an orderly and accessible library.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to layout software, file formats, and print production challenges.
- Stay continuously updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design and layout techniques.
- Assist in the creation of various visual elements such as infographics, data visualizations, charts, and simple illustrations as required.
Required Skills
- Proven advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong foundational understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
- Basic understanding or experience with video editing or motion graphics software.
