Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain various insurance products (life, general, health) offered by Old Mutual.
- Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent client service, including assisting with policy inquiries and claims processes.
- Prepare accurate quotes and complete all necessary application documentation.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
