Key Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns professionally and courteously.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup, refilling condiments, and general cleaning.
