Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and fully stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints or issues efficiently and politely.
- Assist in creating attractive visual displays and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and health and safety guidelines.
