Key Responsibilities

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising, ensuring an appealing shopping environment.
- Replenish stock on shelves and displays, organize backroom inventory, and assist with receiving new shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies, damages, or potential shortages to management.
- Assist in implementing promotional displays and seasonal merchandising changes.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns/exchanges professionally and resolve issues to satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
