Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, changing rooms, and stock areas.
- Assist with merchandising displays, ensuring products are neatly arranged, correctly priced, and visually appealing.
- Receive, unpack, and stock new merchandise, accurately recording inventory as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support inventory management by performing stock counts and alerting management to low stock levels.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store events to effectively communicate with customers.
Required Skills
