Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the video director with scheduling, logistics, and coordination for shoots and production meetings.
  • Prepare call sheets, shot lists, and other essential production documents.
  • Support on-set operations, including equipment setup, scene preparation, and talent coordination.
  • Organize and manage production assets, including footage, audio files, and project documents.
  • Conduct research for project concepts, visual styles, and location scouting.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and shoots, ensuring accurate communication and follow-through.
  • Help with basic video editing tasks and asset organization in post-production, as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the office and on location.
  • Perform administrative duties related to video production, such as expense tracking and vendor communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Fundamental understanding of video production workflows and terminology.
