Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and a problem-solving attitude, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and clearing down the restaurant.
