Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move crates, packages, and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
- Sort and organize crates according to designated labels, destinations, and inventory systems.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists or other documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other manual lifting equipment as required, following all safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational needs or issues.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and verifying items.
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
