Job Description

Career.zycto is excited to partner with a leading wellness provider in the vibrant University of Giessen area to seek a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Yoga Instructor. This is a unique opportunity to empower individuals through the transformative practice of yoga, fostering a community of health, mindfulness, and strength. As a Yoga Instructor, you will be instrumental in guiding participants through enriching sessions that cater to various skill levels, from beginners seeking foundational knowledge to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

Your role will extend beyond simply leading poses; you will be a beacon of positive energy, an empathetic guide, and a source of inspiration. We are looking for someone who can create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where every participant feels comfortable exploring their capabilities and finding solace on their mat. You’ll have the creative freedom to design dynamic and restorative classes, incorporating elements of breathwork, meditation, and physical postures that promote both physical well-being and mental clarity. Whether it’s a vigorous Vinyasa flow to invigorate the body, a calming Hatha session to center the mind, or a gentle restorative class to aid recovery, your expertise will shape the experiences of our community members, including students, faculty, and local residents.

The ideal candidate will be adept at providing clear, concise instructions and offering appropriate modifications to ensure safety and accessibility for all. You will be expected to observe participants closely, offering personalized adjustments and encouragement, while maintaining a safe and clean teaching environment. This position offers more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to grow professionally, connect with a diverse group of individuals, and significantly contribute to the overall wellness culture within the Giessen community. Join us in cultivating a space where individuals can de-stress, re-energize, and discover the profound benefits of yoga. If you are enthusiastic about teaching, dedicated to student well-being, and eager to join a supportive team, we encourage you to apply. We are committed to providing an environment where your passion can flourish and your impact resonates deeply with those you teach.
