Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
- Conduct regular, detailed inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing, terms, and quality standards for all parts.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and historical performance to forecast parts demand accurately and proactively.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of parts department personnel, fostering professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards within the parts department.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the parts department, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with service and sales departments to ensure optimal parts availability for repairs and customer orders.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Parts Manager or in a similar leadership role in parts inventory management.
