Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and innovative dessert menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage the pastry section, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
