Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and feeding.
- Monitor and accurately record patients' vital signs, intake, output, and other relevant observations, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and adherence to infection control standards.
- Assist nurses and doctors with medical procedures, examinations, and mobility support as directed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting and positive atmosphere.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure safety.
- Accurately document patient care activities and observations in electronic or paper records.
