Key Responsibilities
- Analyze payment system performance, transaction flows, and reconciliation processes to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Investigate and resolve complex payment processing issues, including transaction failures, disputes, and compliance discrepancies, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to implement new payment features, system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to payment systems, ensuring our platforms remain compliant and competitive.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payment system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
