Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Support the collection, calculation, and entry of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Help maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies under supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance payroll expertise.
  • Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing, as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR, accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the payroll department.
