Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and input all payroll-related data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance contributions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to relevant government authorities (e.g., social insurance, tax authorities).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee files.
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Generate various payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, preferably in a large organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance rules.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle HR, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail or FMCG sector.
