Working remotely from Soho, London, you will leverage your expertise in paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other performance-based channels to achieve ambitious targets. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will regularly collaborate with our product, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter), and programmatic display channels.
  • Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from ad creation and landing page optimization to A/B testing and post-campaign analysis.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of digital acquisition.
  • Proactively identify and test new channels, ad formats, and growth tactics to scale our reach and efficiency.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital advertising efforts.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a performance marketing role, managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and results clearly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or recruitment technology sector.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and advanced tracking methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
