Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and input performance data from various sources into designated tracking systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify data integrity and accuracy, identifying and rectifying discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in the generation of routine performance reports, charts, and summaries for management review.
  • Maintain organized records of all collected data and reports, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
  • Support project teams in understanding data requirements and adherence to reporting schedules.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and tracking methodologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data reporting and analysis practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
