We partner with leading care providers who are committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care within local communities, and we are looking for individuals who share this commitment.

This vital role involves providing essential support to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. As a Personal Care Assistant, your daily duties will be diverse and rewarding, ranging from assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to helping with mobility, medication administration, and meal preparation. We understand that every client is unique, and you will play a crucial role in tailoring your care approach to meet their individual needs and preferences, always upholding their dignity and respect. The day shift allows for consistent routines and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with those you support, observing and reporting any changes in their health or mood to ensure proactive care. You will be an integral part of a wider support network, collaborating with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care plans are followed.
