Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Driver to provide reliable and safe transportation services for our esteemed clients within Victoria Island, Lagos, and its environs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients arrive at their destinations comfortably and on schedule, maintaining the vehicle to the highest standards, and upholding a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
Your day-to-day will involve meticulous route planning to avoid traffic, performing routine vehicle checks, and ensuring the car is always clean and presentable. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Plan and optimize routes using navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic patterns and potential delays.
- Provide a high level of professional and discreet service to clients, respecting their privacy and preferences.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tyres, oil, fuel, lights, etc.) to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, etc.) is current and accessible.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience as a personal or corporate driver.
- Thorough knowledge of Lagos road networks, particularly Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and Lekki corridors.
- Excellent navigation and route planning skills.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional time management and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience driving luxury vehicles.
