Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their desired destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and client preferences to ensure efficient travel times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, inside and out.
- Perform routine vehicle checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure) and schedule maintenance as required.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client schedules and personal information.
- Manage scheduling and log mileage for accurate record-keeping.
- Adapt to changes in schedules or routes with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Career.zycto with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., chauffeur, courier, taxi).
- Excellent knowledge of Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and discretion.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and defensive driving practices.
