Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using appropriate equipment.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan instructions.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer engaging companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Observe and accurately report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Document care activities and observations diligently and accurately.
