Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with safe mobility and transfers, utilizing appropriate equipment as needed.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure timely administration as per care plan.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in recreational activities to promote social well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client observations.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, company policies, and care plans.
- Actively participate in and complete all required training modules and continuous professional development.

- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
