Key Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, hair clipping/styling, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all animals throughout the grooming process, following all established procedures and protocols.
- Handle a variety of pet breeds and temperaments with patience and a gentle, compassionate approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment, sterilizing tools and equipment regularly.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's grooming needs, progress, and any findings.
- Monitor pets for any signs of stress, injury, or health concerns and report them to management and pet owners.
- Assist with other pet care center duties as needed, contributing to a harmonious team environment.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new grooming techniques and best practices.
- Manage scheduling and client appointments efficiently.
Required Skills
