Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior plant operators in monitoring and controlling various production processes, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment, pipelines, and instrumentation, reporting any anomalies or potential issues promptly.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with equipment troubleshooting under supervision.
- Accurately record operational data, readings, and log sheet entries, maintaining precise documentation of plant activities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency response drills.
- Help prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Support inventory management of operational consumables and spare parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the plant operational areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations.
