Key Responsibilities
- Assist plant operators in monitoring process parameters, equipment performance, and alarm systems.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Document operational data, complete shift logs, and report any deviations or incidents promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Support the preparation of equipment for maintenance, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, as required.
- Participate in safety drills, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the plant area.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of process equipment and control systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
