Career.zycto is currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s team as a Petrol Station Attendant in Galadimawa, Abuja. As a Petrol Station Attendant, you will be the front-line representative of a vital community service, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experience, and adherence to safety standards.

Your primary role will involve dispensing fuel, handling cash and card transactions, and providing outstanding service to every customer. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is meticulous with details, and possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor. Beyond fueling vehicles, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the station premises, checking fluid levels (oil, water) for customers upon request, and promoting other services or products available at the convenience store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers' vehicles.
  • Process cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of fuel pumps, forecourt, and general station premises.
  • Assist customers with checking vehicle fluid levels (oil, water) and tire pressure upon request.
  • Promote and cross-sell convenience store items and additional services.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Handle minor complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile daily sales.
