Career.zycto is currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s team as a Petrol Station Attendant in Galadimawa, Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers' vehicles.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of fuel pumps, forecourt, and general station premises.
- Assist customers with checking vehicle fluid levels (oil, water) and tire pressure upon request.
- Promote and cross-sell convenience store items and additional services.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Handle minor complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile daily sales.
