Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Petroleum Sales Attendants to join our vibrant team in Highridge, Nairobi. As a Petroleum Sales Attendant, you will be the face of our station, responsible for ensuring every customer receives prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Your duties will encompass a wide range of operational tasks, from accurately dispensing fuel and processing payments to maintaining a clean and safe forecourt environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide courteous and efficient fuel dispensing services.
- Accurately process cash, card, and mobile money payments for fuel and other station products.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring correct change and reconciliation at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt, pumps, and convenience store area.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the station supervisor.
- Promote and sell convenience store items, lubricants, and other ancillary products.
- Assist customers with basic queries regarding products, services, and loyalty programs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, especially regarding fuel handling.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or security concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth station operations and customer flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and calculations.
